Attachments are optional. Please do not upload documents containing information you do not want passed to a drainage specialist.

4. Who we share it with

We share enquiry details with one or more drainage specialists so they can contact you about the work. Once shared, that specialist is an independent data controller for how they use your details, and their own privacy policy applies. We also use service providers for website hosting and email handling, who process data on our instructions.

We do not sell enquiry data for unrelated marketing, and we do not pass your details to parties unconnected with your drainage enquiry.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to administer the enquiry and to handle any dispute or complaint arising from it, and are then deleted. Optional attachments are deleted once they are no longer required for the enquiry.
