1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by [legal entity — to be confirmed] trading as No Dig Drain, company number [company number — to be confirmed], registered office [registered address — to be confirmed]. By using the site or submitting an enquiry you accept these terms. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. What this service is

No Dig Drain is an online enquiry service. We collect details of your drainage problem and help route them to one or more drainage specialists servicing your postcode area. We do not carry out drain surveys, drain relining or any other drainage work, and we do not employ drainage engineers.

3. Your contract is with the specialist

Any inspection, quotation, contract, payment, warranty and dispute relating to drainage work is between you and the specialist who carries out that work. We are not a party to it, do not act as their agent, and are not responsible for their work, conduct, pricing or timescales.

4. No guarantees

  • We do not guarantee that a specialist will be available in your area.
  • We do not guarantee response times, prices or repair outcomes.
  • We do not certify, vet or accredit the specialists who receive enquiries, and nothing on this site should be read as an endorsement.
  • You should carry out your own checks before engaging any contractor — see our guidance on choosing a drain relining specialist.

5. Price information

All prices on this site, including the figures in the drain relining cost guide, are general UK market guidance intended to help you interpret quotations. They are not quotations, estimates or offers, and actual pricing depends on the pipe, the defect, access and the specialist you engage.

6. Information on this site

Our content is general information about drainage repair methods. It is not a professional assessment of your drainage and should not be relied on as one. Only a specialist who has inspected your drain can advise on the appropriate repair.

7. Using the enquiry form

  • The details you submit must be accurate and your own, or submitted with permission.
  • Do not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or malicious files.
  • By submitting an enquiry you agree that your details may be shared with a drainage specialist so they can contact you, as set out in our privacy policy.
  • We may decline or delete enquiries that appear to be spam or misuse.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from work carried out by a specialist, from any failure to match your enquiry, or from reliance on general information or price guidance published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Intellectual property

Content and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms or the site at any time. The version published here applies to your use of the site.
